Our client is a UK based Oil and Gas Consultancy in Abu Dhabi and looking for an experienced and enterprising Financial Controller to man its financial operations across the UAE, UK and Qatar. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-10 years of hardcore financial experience across a wide range of financial systems.

Responsibilities would include:

Finance function & financial analysis
Reviews of new business opportunities, producing business plans & models
Implementing appropriate financial systems, processes & reporting systems.
Main point of contact for the MD, all offices for administration, financial control and reporting.
Preparation and submission of periodic and annual reports.

The crux of the business function for the FC would include:

Internal management reporting
Production and auditing of company accounts.
Providing company with strategic direction with a financial perspective.

An in depth understanding of the region combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite for this position.
